What is PicsDrop?
We built PicsDrop because we kept hearing the same frustration from photographers. You spend hours shooting an event, edit hundreds of photos, and then sharing them becomes a mess. Drive links get ignored. WhatsApp groups get chaotic. Guests give up trying to find their photos. We thought there had to be a better way.
PicsDrop lets guests scan a QR code and our AI instantly finds only their photos from the entire event gallery. No app download, no login, no scrolling through hundreds of photos. Just their moments, delivered in seconds.
It works for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, concerts and school events. And it is not just about photo sharing.
We also built booking management so photographers can create bookings, add their team and track everything in a calendar view. There is a notes section to stay organized. And a full website builder with ready made templates, portfolio selection, inquiry form, SEO settings and a custom subdomain so photographers can have a proper online presence without paying for extra tools.

I originally started with the free storage, which was honestly pretty generous. Later got the premium plan to expand storage and the portfolio website builder and that was smooth af too. Had my site up and running way faster than I expected.
Overall, PicsDrop just makes photo sharing way easier. Lots of storage, cool AI features, easy event management, and a clean website builder. Ain't got a single reason to switch rn 👌
