Piano From Above (PianoFromAbove.exe). Piano From Above is a program that turns learning the piano into a videogame. You can open any MIDI file and simply play the notes as they fall. In the practice mode you can set the speed of playback, the position of playback, which tracks are shown and which tracks are muted.

Piano From Above Is Fun
i love piano and im glad its free here
There is a slight lag compared to Synthesia and a few other programs.
As a person with a real piano at home I usually use Piano (Egert) on my Android tablet, as touching keys is a nice thing. But as to the desktop options, I think Piano From Above is one of the most elegant and organized options. And it does not require payments.
