Phenom Bingo is desktop software for hosting music bingo nights at pubs, clubs, venues and events. One app on Mac or Windows runs the whole night: it plays the music videos and audio files, prints the cards, puts a branded show on the big screen and lets players join on their phones.
Build a playlist from your own music files, set a start time for each song so it opens on the recognisable hook, and print unique PDF cards with your logo in 4×4, 5×5 or 5×5 with a free space. Players can use paper cards, their phones, or both in the same game. Phone players scan a QR code and play in their browser, with no app or account. Paper and phone players share one set of numbered cards, so every win is checked against the songs actually played: Call Bingo stays greyed out on phones until a card has truly won, and paper cards are checked by typing in the card number.
The broadcast window shows the game name, a delayed artist and title reveal, your logo, an animated win pattern and a list of songs played. Hosts get a PIN-protected phone remote, eight win patterns plus a custom editor, Card Themes for printed and phone cards, and attendance history by venue. The optional Player Pass lets regulars keep their games and wins across nights and venues. Version Digital players can be auto-accepted, and a host-only panel shows who is one song away.
The night runs offline on the laptop; only phone players need the internet. The founding price is A$29 a month, with unlimited players and a 14-day free trial.
