PetSit

PetSit is the private back office for a solo pet sitter: client and pet records, scheduling, billing, and invoices in one place, built for your phone.

Each pet's record holds its whole operating manual: medications, feeding schedule, habits and quirks, vet info, gate codes, where the leash and food are kept. Client and pet records carry photos, visible only to the sitter. A multi-day stay is entered as one booking, not day by day. A standing weekly client is entered once: tick repeat, choose the weekdays and an end date, and PetSit tells you how many visits it will create before you save, then creates them as real bookings you can cancel in one action. Charges are calculated automatically (per-day rate x number of pets x number of days), and you can change the price on any booking as you enter it, so a special arrangement with one client stays that client's price. Invoices are generated from the bookings. Your schedule appears in the calendar app you already use (Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook) through a calendar subscription. Everything exports anytime as JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) and CSV (comma separated values) files, so your client list is never trapped.

What PetSit leaves out is the point: it is built for one person, not teams, so there are no staff seats, no client logins, and nothing for your clients to install, ever.
