What is PayAppHub?

PayAppHub is web-based software for subcontractors who bill general contractors with AIA-style G702/G703 pay applications.

A job can be set up by uploading the subcontract: AI reads the contract amount, retainage, billing contact and schedule of values, and the user reviews them before the project is created. Each month the user enters percent complete or dollars per line, and PayAppHub calculates retainage, stored materials, approved change orders and the amount due. Each pay application starts from the previous one.

The general contractor's own lien waiver form can be filled in on screen, and the pay application, waiver and backup documents (delivery tickets, photos, sub waivers) are combined into one PDF. Each company also gets an email address for forwarding approved change orders, waivers and new contracts, which are confirmed on the job before anything changes.

Plans are monthly or yearly with unlimited projects, and there is a 30-day free trial. PayAppHub is not affiliated with the American Institute of Architects.
