Paak is an all-in-one sports club management platform — members, payments, teams, compliance, equipment and live match stats in one EU-sovereign tool, free up to 100 members.

The Paak dashboard gives club presidents a single morning view: active members, pending payments, compliance alerts (background checks for staff working with minors), and a "what Paak did for you" feed of every automation that ran overnight. No more logging into seven tools to know where the club stands.

Configure as many membership tiers as your club needs — a Junior tier with an age cap, an Adult flat rate, a Family package that kicks in at 3+ members. Each tier carries its own price, an optional age limit, and a one-click "eligible for family discount" flag — so the household billing engine knows which fees to auto-discount.

What is Paak?

Paak is a grassroots sports club is a team of volunteers spending its evenings on spreadsheets, forms and reminders. Paak gives them that time back.

Paak brings the whole club into one tool. Members sign up and pay online from the club's public page; every member gets a personal space with no account and no password to see the schedule, answer call-ups and pay dues. The club runs its teams, sessions and attendance, prepares the next season in a few steps and keeps an accounting journal that fills itself with every payment.

Paak speaks each sport's language: positions, line-ups, statistics, and live match tracking for team, combat, racket and judged sports and archery. Coaches also get a drill library sourced from the federations.

Compliance is built in rather than bolted on: safeguarding checks for coaches (France's law of 8 March 2024, the Swiss Sonderprivatauszug), medical certificates, waivers signed online with time-stamped evidence, members' GDPR rights.

Paak is free up to 100 members, online payments included. Paak One (29 € a month) and Paak Pro (99 € a month) add automation, analytics and live match tracking, at one price for every club. [APP] The mobile app, included in every plan, lets coaches take attendance at the pitch, even offline.

Paak is made by Emmara, a Swiss company based in Basel and founded by a Frenchman. Data is hosted in France (OVHcloud) and payments run through Mollie (Netherlands). Live since April 2026, in French, English and German. paak.club
