What is OverOS?

Multi-platform C++ “overlaying” OS. Runs on anything you can compile it for. Contains a basic "kernel"/shell, and the ability to run "commands" from a directory. It also can run an application upon startup called (KAutoRun), which allows setup of drivers, services, etc.
