What is Overflow?
Overflow is an application designed to quickly launch applications, open documents, or access folders while reducing the number of items needed in your Dock. Create separate categories for your applications, work files, games, or anything else you want to be able to access quickly.

it has a hot key to call up from anywhere, 2D palette grid for a programs (files, folders etc) with free order, it displays an item names, and has a categories! I'm very tired to find alternative for my PC under WinXP. 22 programs was tested! The closest was Appetizer, but it without tabs (categories). All in one pile!
