Why would I waste time installing a Manager, then generating a Link, installing a Client, configuring a Client, when I can skip wasting time and use Windscribe, and get 10 GB with ALL ADVANCED features for free, or use PrivadoVPN, and get 7 days of VIP version???

What is Outline VPN?
Journalists need safe access to information to research issues, communicate with sources, and report the news. Outline lets news organizations easily provide their network safer access to the open internet.
Right now, the manager is available on Windows and Linux, with a macOS version coming soon. It’s an Electron app so it feels like using a web app. By default, Outline recommends that you use 
DigitalOcean, a well-known commercial cloud hosting provider.
Outline makes it easy for news organizations to set up a corporate virtual private network (VPN) on their own server to more safely connect to the internet and keep their communication private.
Outline is completely open source and was audited by Radically Open Security.
• Outline Manager: Create a server and share access
With the Outline Manager application you can create a server and share access with unlimited accounts. Use your own Linux infrastructure or a cloud provider, many of which offer plans that start around $5 USD per month.
• Outline client: Start connecting
Connecting with Outline is easy. Just accept your organization’s invitation, download the Outline app, and click the big “connect” button.

Really easy to setup, don't even have to touch CLI if you're using Digital Ocean or Google Cloud.
