What is Ouriva?
Ouriva is a mobile-first personal finance tracker for people who don't want to connect their bank account to a third-party service. Instead of Open Banking or Plaid, you import a CSV export from your bank, the same file you'd download for your own records.
It tracks multi-currency accounts (any combination of currencies, not just one), applies the 50/30/20 budgeting rule with annual planning, and auto-categorizes imported transactions using user-defined rules. It installs as a Progressive Web App on iPhone and Android and works offline.
The self-hosted version is free and open source (AGPL-3.0), deployed via Docker. A hosted cloud tier for people who don't want to run their own server is planned.
