OtoparkPro is car park management software that runs the whole site from a phone or tablet.
A vehicle enters by pointing the camera at the licence plate: the plate is read on the device, the record opens and the timer starts, so the queue at the entrance does not wait for typing. On exit the fee is calculated automatically from your own tiered tariff, including free periods, daily caps and night rates.
Capacity and occupancy are visible at a glance, and monthly subscribers are tracked with their own start and end dates and reminders. Cash, card and account payments are recorded, expenses are kept next to income, and the end-of-day till closes on one screen with reports by shift, staff member and zone. Several branches can be managed from the same account with role-based permissions.
The driver can be given an Apple Wallet card for the vehicle that keeps the running fee and the entry time up to date by itself, so the customer follows the cost without installing anything.
It works offline first and syncs to the cloud, so a dropped connection never stops work at the entrance. Available in 27 languages, with a browser version included in the same subscription.
