What is ORM Service?

ORM Service is an online reputation management platform for businesses that operate across multiple review sites and locations.

The dashboard aggregates reviews from Google Maps, Yelp, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot, OpenTable, Angi, Nextdoor, and Thumbtack into one feed, so ratings, recent feedback, and response times can be tracked per location or across the whole brand. Benchmarking lets you compare up to five locations, branches, or competitors side by side, and real-time alerts flag negative reviews as they appear.

Review collection is handled through per-location QR codes: customers scan, rate their experience, and are directed to the review platform of their choice. Plans also include a managed layer, where a dedicated team handles review responses, disputes reviews that violate platform policies, and documents policy violations on the customer's behalf.
