Oriveo is a BYOK AI chat client for iOS, Android and the web: plug in your own API keys and you get 15 official providers and 200+ models in one picker. You pay your provider directly at list price. Oriveo adds 0% markup — that's the only AI bill you get.

In full: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, DeepSeek, Grok, Groq, Together AI, Fireworks AI, MiniMax, Z.ai, Qwen, Kimi, Mistral and SiliconFlow. Plus a custom Relay endpoint for anything OpenAI-compatible.

Without a key you get Oriveo Free, a hosted free tier: a short fixed list of top models, quota-limited. No sign-in, no card.

Oriveo AI is a separate paid service, added in 1.2.0. It shows up as a built-in provider next to your own keys, drawing down a prepaid AI Balance. Sign in and 10 requests a week come included; past those it isn't free.

Model switching is sequential. Oriveo does not present side-by-side answers to the same prompt. Instead there's Cross-check: send an answer you already have to a second model, and save the original and the second opinion as one note.

Every note keeps its source: which model said it, which conversation it came from. Folders, tags, full-text search, Markdown export. Unlimited on Free.

Oriveo counts tokens as they come back: in, out, and what they cost at the provider's list price, on every message. That number is an estimate; the provider's invoice is final.

Memory: write your context once and every new chat already knows it. Read it, edit it, delete it, or switch it off per chat. Skills are reusable presets for translation, code review or planning, each able to search files in its knowledge base.

Pro is $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year; Lifetime is $149.99 once. Both add cross-device sync for chats and notes (20 GB, 100 MB per file), Usage Insights by provider, budget alerts, and unlimited Skills, folders and pinned chats. Neither includes any AI usage or model credits.

Known limits, up front: Oriveo is a commercial, closed-source app. It does not run models locally; it connects to hosted provider APIs. Chat folders are single-level, no nesting. Synced content is stored in readable form in your private account space, not end-to-end encrypted; only backups you make yourself are AES-256 encrypted. No desktop app: on Mac, Windows and Linux, Oriveo runs in the browser.
