Order Workspace for WooCommerce

Order Workspace for WooCommerce is a WordPress plugin designed to help online store owners organize internal order information and simplify everyday order management.

The free version allows store administrators to create internal custom fields for information such as priorities, supplier references, production stages, and expected dates.

These fields can be displayed on individual WooCommerce orders and as sortable columns in the Orders list. Users can also search and filter orders by supported internal field values.

Order Workspace Pro is an optional paid add-on that extends the free plugin with advanced productivity features:

• Inline Editing: update supported field values directly from the Orders list.
• Bulk Editing: modify internal field values across selected orders.
• Multiple Filters: combine conditions to find specific orders.
• Saved Views: save and reuse frequently used filter combinations.

The plugin supports WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and works within the existing WordPress and WooCommerce administration interface.

Order Workspace focuses on internal fields created through the plugin. It does not replace WooCommerce order management or provide a universal editor for arbitrary third-party order metadata.

The free version remains fully usable without a paid license or external service account.
