Comments and Reviews
Apex is a great framework for good charts & tables, but it's everything but free. You can of course use Oracle XE, but it will be immediately stopped by security and auditors because of the lack of free upgrades, lack of replications, and no code tracking & versioning (even no integration with git) Be warned with the high vendor lock-in. As soon as you want to go in production in a secure environment, you will be forced to licence you main and secondary server with Oracle DB licenses. As long as you're OK with that, APEX is unique and can quickly deliver amazing results.
