Unlike traditional 2D table calculators, OptiLens 3D calculates and renders real-time 3D WebGL lens thickness models with: • Exact Sagitta surface curve modeling (front base curve vs back toric curves) • 360-degree meridian edge scanning with step interval filters • True frame boxing decentration (A, B, DBL, monocular PD, and vertical fitting height) • Multi-material refractive index comparisons (1.50 CR-39 up to 1.74 High-Index and Glass) • Aspheric (AS) vs Spherical geometry toggles • Minimum Blank Size (MBS) calculation with edging bevel allowance
