What is OpenWhistle?

OpenWhistle is a self-hosted whistleblowing platform for internal reporting channels under EU Directive 2019/1937 and the German HinSchG. Reporters get a random PIN instead of an account, no layer logs IP addresses, and every staff account needs multi-factor login. Case handlers see the 7-day and 3-month deadlines. Runs with Docker, PostgreSQL and Redis; GPL-3.0.
