What is Openship?
A powerful new standard for fulfillment. Multi-channel fulfillment at scale.
Connect your shops Shops represent your online stores where customers place orders (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Amazon). Connect to the places where you already sell your products. With one click, new orders are routed to Openship to be fulfilled.
Connect your channels Channels represent destinations where orders are fulfilled (e.g. 3PLs, WMSs, e-commerce platforms, courier services). Connect to the places where you already fulfill your orders. Add and switch between your fulfillment channels easily.
Link shops and channels Links represent a connection between a shop and a channel (e.g. send orders to your warehouse). Once linked, new shop orders are forwarded to the linked channel for fulfillment.
Match shop products and channel products Matches represent a connection between shop products and channel products. Create matches on the product level for finer control over the fulfillment process. Easily add new suppliers without disrupting your operations.
Keep everyone in the loop When a channel order is fulfilled, Openship relays that tracking information to your shop and fulfills the order.
