Really the main criticism to why this review isn't a 5/5 is that the data is a bit convoluted, many data will appear inaccurate, incomplete, or will be missing entirely. Additionally the design isn't the most polished. Otherwise, its packed with features and you should definitely give it a try.

Very useful, intuitive, open source alternative to Goodreads.
It does not allow to filter for free/public domain books.
