GifMaker.me is a free web app that allow users to create, resize, reverse and explode GIF animations online with ease. Features:
1, Create animated gif image from up to 20 images, you can change their order with drag and drop, adjust the width and height or animation speed of the output image.
2, Play a gif image backwards and save it as a new file( max: 30 frames ).
3, Resize a gif image( max: 30 frames ).
4, Extract all the frames in a gif file and save them as separate images.
