Amaxing app, best ui.
I’ve tried a bunch of chess puzzle apps, but OffChess really stands out. The fact that it works entirely offline is a huge plus. No loading screens, no waiting for puzzles to fetch, and zero distractions. No BS.
The puzzle selection is massive (around 100k!) and super well organized with mates, tactics, openings, all neatly categorized.
The app itself is super clean. No ads, no logins, no weird popups.
It honestly feels like something made by someone who actually uses it. I already loved the dev’s Reddit app (RDX), and this one’s just as solid.
There isn't even any subscription, just a one time payment that unlocks unlimited puzzles but if you want to keep using the app for free you can do that too.
If you like chess and hate bloat, definitely give Offchess a shot.
