Once connected, it imports your roster, standings, and league settings and gives you an instant team overview. Think of it as a knowledgeable second opinion you can bounce decisions off of -- start/sit choices, trade evaluations, waiver pickups -- but you always make the final call.
Every morning at 9am ET, you get a free email brief with lineup suggestions and swap recommendations for that day's games.
Recommendations pull from live data from the MLB Stats API, Statcast expected stats from Baseball Savant, rest-of-season projections from FanGraphs Steamer, and your league's specific data from Yahoo or ESPN.
