What is Oclo?

Oclo is a medication reminder and pill tracker for Android. It is for people who take regular medicines and for caregivers who manage a parent's or child's doses. There is no account, and medication data stays on the phone.

What it does:

  • Reminders at set times, with Taken, Snooze and Skip in the notification, a follow-up if you forget, or a full-screen alarm that rings until you answer
  • One-tap dose logging, also from the notification
  • Any medication type: tablets, capsules, liquids, injections, drops, inhalers, creams and patches, each with a shape, colors or a photo
  • Schedules: every day, specific days, every few hours, every few days, or as needed
  • Refill reminders before a medicine runs out
  • Home-screen widgets for today's doses and "Did I take it?"
  • A PDF of medications and dose history for doctor appointments, plus CSV export
  • Backup to a file, or with Android's end-to-end encrypted backup

For caregivers:

  • Share a full setup to another phone by QR code or link. Neither person needs an account
  • Simple mode: one screen with only the dose that is due now, in large text
  • Alarms that read aloud whose dose it is and what to take
  • Family profiles (Oclo Plus) keep each person's medications, reminders and reports separate

Ramadan mode moves doses to suhoor, iftar and bedtime during the fast, with dawn and sunset times for your city, and restores the usual schedule afterwards.

Price: every medication, reminder and history view is free, with small non-personalized ads. Oclo Plus is a one-time purchase ($5.99 in the US, local prices elsewhere), not a subscription. It removes ads and adds family profiles, custom reminder sounds, themes and app icons.

Android only. Available in 25 languages.

Oclo is a reminder and logging tool, not medical advice.
