Bailed on No-Ip.com as it's too big a pain -- major Captcha puzzle x2 each month. (Used to do no-ip paid, but price is now $25 instead of $14.) DuckDNS seems to do the job fine and it's no-nag free (for now).

This is a service that rides on top of "no-ip"; doesn't replace ni-ip (in fact, it will announce to "no-ip". Irony)
