I used to burn my video DVD with Nero Vision since I bought my (old) PC: it was easy to use, you had only to add your videos and the program burned them simply, by adding chapters automatically. But it was too heavy, HUGE and it slowed down my PC...
Now I use Freemake Video Converter that burns video to DVD too, but it hasn't the option to add chapters... at least for now.
