https://github.com/neelabo/NeeView Works nicely. I was trying it as a thumbnail slide/ bottom panel/ filmstrip style thumbnail viewer. It runs much heavier than FastStone Viewer and the thumbnail maximum size is a lot smaller. On the other hand, unlike FastStone, it allows you to do the strips in window mode which allows window resizing.

What is NeeView?
NeeView is a Free and Open Source, modern and powerful image viewer and a manga/comic reader that has high quality scaling options and many different customization which are not found in many other applications. It allows you to view images of folders and compressed files as if you read books.
To download NeeView, go to the Microsoft Store link or go to the website and click downloads on the left side.

Lovely UI. Highly customizable. Can view 7z/zip/rar images without unpacking them.

It's a really good Image/Comic viewer, with full touchscreen support at least on the Microsoft Surface, good filetype support, a really nice options to see comic strips in a infinite scroll. The only drawbacks are memory hungry, really slow launch/opening time, and a very cluttered-complex options interface. The best viewer with state of the art features compared with it's rusty competitors. Not perfect but far ahead of the rest.
Can load images recursively in a folder and supports shuffle / random image selection. Currently plays videos as a new "book", which doesn't play alongside the "pages" you are viewing, which is annoying.
