NeatDrive information
What is NeatDrive?
NeatDrive is a cloud-native tool that audits and cleans up your Google Drive. It scans your Drive read-only and gives you a Health Score, then surfaces exactly what needs attention: duplicate and near-duplicate files, publicly shared or over-exposed documents, stale and empty files, and inconsistent naming.
From there you get a one-click action plan. NeatDrive can rename files with content-aware and AI naming, archive clutter, and revoke risky share links — and every action is reversible with 30-day undo. Higher tiers add a Restructure mode (Drive Map, Blueprint, and Migration Plan) and automated, policy-based cleanup workflows.
Everything is read-only by default and you approve every change. A free plan lets you audit up to 1,000 files with no credit card; paid plans unlock applying fixes, bulk actions, larger scans, CSV export, and team seats.
