What is Rename My TV Series?
Easy to use application to assist you in Renaming your TV Show files based in TheTVDB.com data. The new TheTVDB API v2 has been implemented in this new version. Dark Theme is supported for macOS and Linux. macOS application is 64 bit and signed. Renamed files can be moved to directories, which names can be defined as well based in TVDB data. For each TV Show and/or Episode, an NFO file can be created. For TV Shows, a banner JPG dan be saved as well.

The best choice for rename spanish series.
Couldn't find any guides/ resources for CLI version. The official website (or webpage, should i say) is poorly designed. Right from the Program Title, download instructions, wholesome GUI guides with screenshots, user reviews and troubleshooting tips is all in one page!
There's a "Step 1" that reads
One would expect to find out Step 2, but maybe it's gotten renamed to something else XD
Now i have a downloaded copy of a well appreciated software (the Linux x64 version), with no way of knowing how to use! How do I even call the program from CLI?
Better use FileBot which has extensive support and dedicated forums.
I've been converting over four thousand videos to mkv and tagging them with data from the web's movie databases. Time savers are a major interest in software choices. I've used other apps and scripts to achieve most of what I needed, but nothing compares to this parogram when adapting filenames to the naming requirements of other programs. Thanks Hans
Best choices for TV show renaming
Could't believe that this alternative to Filebot is for free and so mighty. It saves me so much time, so I spend some coffee through Paypal from time to time. Big thanks to the developer!
Since Filebot is paid nowadays, this is it's free alternative. I honestly liked Filebot mostly cause I use it to rename Anime, and Filebot can use AniDB, where this one can't. But since I use AniDB's own file/episode name utility, this one works just fine for the rare file that AniDB can't handle due to CRC.
