I’d love to introduce you to “My Tracker App: Habits & More” - an iOS app that’s the perfect tool for keeping tabs on everything that matters to you. Habits, mood, weight, sleep, diary and so on - choose from 60+ predefined things to track progress of or create your own — all in one simple app! See a holistic overview of all your trackables and have great insight into how your life/routine changes impact various aspects of your life. I was thrilled when I saw how my workouts correlate with my anxiety levels (surprise surprise..) and that I tend to sleep much better since I quit smoking (another shocker, haha).
I’ve made the app once I myself stumbled into the need to keep track of my mood, weight & daily medicine. I wasn’t a fan of Apple Health which required 7-8 clicks just to track my weight and I was even less thrilled when I realized I would need at least 1 additional app to keep track of the rest.. So here I came with a solution which I still use daily and I see other people find it useful, too!
