What is Multi Reps?
Do you want to reach the goal of a specific number of consecutive repetitions for a certain exercise? No matter if the exercise is called push-ups, sit-ups or something else, this will be your ultimate all-in-one tool in reaching that goal. Multi Reps includes 5 pre defined exercises: Pushups, Situps, Squats, Pull-ups and Dips. Also 5 Generic exercises has been added with editable names for your convenience. The Generic can be used for ANY exercise you like. You are given two options in creating the workout schedule for each exercise.
Note that you can have 10 workout schedules defined at the same time and Switch between them seamlessly with the scrollable exercise icons.
