MQTT Commander is an MQTT client and debugger for iPhone and iPad. It connects to MQTT 3.1.1 and 5.0 brokers over TCP, TLS, mutual TLS or WebSocket.
You see the latest value beside each topic in the tree. Tap a topic for its current value, a sparkline of recent changes and the JSON payload split by field. Pin the topics you watch to the Board as live tiles, or read the Log in order with presets for errors, your own publishes and retained values. To send a message, set the topic and payload, then pick QoS, retain, content type and expiry.
If the connection fails, Connection Doctor runs a 14-stage test covering DNS, TCP, TLS, certificates, CONNACK, authentication, protocol version and a write test against the broker ACL. It reports the stage that failed and what to change.
Use it with Home Assistant, Mosquitto, Zigbee2MQTT, ESPHome, Node-RED or any other MQTT broker. Browsing, publishing and Connection Doctor are free. Pro is a one-time $4.99 purchase with no subscription. It adds Lock Screen widgets, more Home Screen widgets, unlimited pins, history that survives a restart, whole-broker discovery, more broker profiles, saved commands for Siri and Shortcuts, and CSV or JSON log export. The app has no ads or ad tracking.
