Mossclip is a web app that turns long videos into short vertical clips.
Paste a YouTube, Twitch or Kick link, or upload your own file. Mossclip reads the video, picks the moments worth keeping, cuts each to between 15 seconds and 3 minutes, and captions every word with exact timing.
Layouts fit the video: streams get the camera stacked over the gameplay, and podcasts and interviews follow whoever is speaking. You get the final edit: cut by deleting words from the transcript, choose from 9 caption styles, and move any crop. Styled clips add motion graphics on top.
Output is 1080x1920 with no watermark. The first 30 minutes of video cost nothing. After that, plans start at $9 a month for 4 hours of video, and unused hours carry over for a month. Or buy 2 hours once for $5.
MetRighteous TV clipped one Silent Hill stream with Mossclip and posted all ten clips. They got a median of 970 views each, against 75 for the channel's 22 earlier Silent Hill Shorts made with another tool. Shown with permission.
