Mordex

Mordex is a campaign operating system for tabletop RPG game masters. Built by a DM, it replaces the usual stack of separate tools — VTT, lore wiki, quest tracker, map editor — with one connected campaign where the world, the NPCs, the factions, the quests and the battle map all know about each other. Play updates the world: reveal something at the table, and it lands on your players' journals in real time; end a session, and the recap drafts itself from the log.

Core features: a live run console for sessions (planned scenes, active quest threads, and a running log on one screen); quest threads with beats and player-safe reveals; a full VTT with fog of war, tokens, measurements, dynamic lighting and real-time sync; a knowledge graph linking every NPC, faction, location and lore entry; an Atlas that fills in as the party explores; per-field player-safe visibility so players see only what they've learned; a full combat tracker (initiative, HP, temp HP, conditions, enemy spell slots and resources); BYO-key AI for image generation and recap drafts with no platform markup; the D&D 5e SRD built in.
