The official version of MobileTerminal STILL isn't compatible with iOS 4. If your iPhone runs iOS 4 (it probably does), you're going to have to download MobileTerminal from a third-party source. To add a third-party source to Cydia, open Cydia and go to Manage-Sources-Edit-Add. Two sources that have iOS 4 compatible versions of this app:
