MinTraq

MinTraq is a career readiness platform that helps people prepare for the specific companies and roles they want, rather than practising generic interview questions.

You start with a company: the one you work at, or the one you want next. MinTraq studies how that company and role measure people, then assesses your readiness with role-specific assessments covering behavioural strengths, functional knowledge, leadership judgement, EQ and culture fit. You get a clear scorecard of your strengths and gaps.

From there, MinTraq builds a personalised learning plan around your real gaps, with short lessons and audio. You can rehearse interviews with Mira, a voice interviewer that asks role-relevant questions and gives detailed feedback. Verified Assessments give you a result you can share with employers.
