I use this programm for structuring my ideas and I am really happy with it. The combination with wunderlist is nice

I really love MindMeister because it's super fast and perfect for taking notes. I use it a lot during meetings, but also to brainstorm and plan stuff like campaigns, projects and events. The best part is that I can create a link to one of my mind maps and send it to a colleague or partner, and they can edit the map without having to create their own account. This way we can work on a mind map together.
I recommend frequent brainstormers check out mySimpleSurface.com. Quickly jot down ideas create some semi structured plans and share those. Super quick and small learning curve. It is getting positive reviews by teachers for ease of use by students but it's working for me at work. Also running on my iPad with pinch zoom and easy moving around by touch. Quite different to task lists and project management software but the same goal of managing, and organising ideas and things. I tried it without even signing up.
I could not install XMind of mu x64 bit machine. Mindmeister is kind of nice.
