Who are we?

mimoTREE is an industry-focused, members-only talent referral platform. Our industry members refer “best-fit” candidates to the jobs published by the employer within the same industry. Upon a referred candidate being successfully hired by the client, the referral members who contributed to this hiring success will be awarded a fee.

For Clients

Our Clients can be assured of a high standard of candidates’ assessment before their resumes are sent to them. These candidates are referred by members in the same industry as our Clients. Moreover, referral members are required to substantiate their submission of the candidates by writing an executive summary report once their referred candidates are shortlisted for interview.
