Really nice app, free pipeline is great and AI tools really time saving.

What is Meta-analysis360?

Meta-analysis360 is a free systematic review and meta-analysis platform. You can run a whole review in the browser, from the first question to the forest plot, without paying anything: framing the question, drafting the protocol against the PROSPERO fields, building and translating the search, screening titles and abstracts and then full texts, extracting data into a form fixed before extraction begins, pooling the results into forest plots, and reporting them with a PRISMA 2020 flow diagram.

The free plan covers two projects with unlimited collaborators and up to 15,000 records each, and needs no card. The work you do yourself is never charged: screening by hand, entering extracted data, appraising studies and running the analysis are always free.

When the pile gets large, optional AI help takes the mechanical part. It screens titles and abstracts against your own eligibility criteria and writes the reason behind every suggestion, drafts the protocol and the search, and on the higher plan screens full texts and extracts data from the PDFs, with every value shown beside the sentence and page it came from. The free plan includes 200 AI screenings to try it, and the paid plans add more.

Whatever does the work, the reviewer decides. Every decision is recorded with its reason, the extraction form is locked before anyone starts so studies stay comparable, and the whole record exports.

Five tools are also free without an account: a PRISMA 2020 flow diagram generator that checks the counts reconcile, a Cohen's kappa calculator, a dual screening sample size calculator, an effect size converter, and a PROSPERO protocol template.
