Taken from MEGA's ToS:
“MEGA will collect and retain the following information concerning your use of the MEGA VPN:
IP addresses (both originating IP addresses and assigned VPN server IP addresses) and port information;
Times and dates of connection and access; Bandwidth usage;
Other usage metadata;
and Account Data as described in clause 8.3 of the Policy (with the exception of information about your browser type which MEGA will not collect).”
Although they may not keep activity logs, the fact that they keep a record of your IP address and the IP of the server you're connecting to and log session times is a deal breaker for me personally. They also don't have any VPN servers in the UK currently, so the closest servers to me are the Netherlands.
Needs to pass the test of time before I can try it. VPN companies/products are usually the most sus ones, and even if Mega is decent, this might not be the case here. I'd stick to Mullvad still.
