Plus, we only pay for what we use, month-to-month.

Built by behavior experts, scored by people MARS was founded by partners with expertise in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), software development, and business management. Managers do the scoring; AI is not part of the evaluation.

Simple pricing $50/month plus $10 per user, billed month to month. No annual contract, no minimum head count, cancel any time. A manager with their own budget can subscribe for just their team.
