Manabrew information
What is Manabrew?
Manabrew is a free and open-source client for playing Magic: The Gathering online. It runs in your browser — no install — or as a native desktop app, and it enforces the rules, so you play real games rather than tracking everything by hand.
Before each game you choose the engine: the original Forge (Java) engine, which provides the full card pool and stays current with new set releases, or Manabrew's own engine, a Rust port of Forge that runs natively in the browser via WebAssembly (its card coverage is still growing).
Play against the AI or against friends in multiplayer rooms you join from the browser; the desktop app is built with Tauri, and the room server and relay can be self-hosted. ManaBrew is licensed under the AGPL, with no ads, accounts, or telemetry, and your data stays on your own device.
It is currently in public alpha. Manabrew is unofficial fan software and is not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast or the Forge project.
