MailSignal is a lightweight Windows taskbar utility that monitors multiple email accounts (Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and shared mailboxes) and displays unread counts right in your taskbar. No need to keep browsers, Outlook, or heavyweight Electron apps running. It uses secure OAuth2 authentication, encrypts tokens with Windows DPAPI, and never reads your actual email, only unread counts. Free for 2 accounts with 5-minute polling. Pro ($25 one-time) unlocks unlimited accounts with 10-second polling.
