What is Mailman?
Mailman is integrated with the web, making it easy for users to manage their accounts and for list owners to administer their lists. Mailman supports built-in archiving, automatic bounce processing.

I can't find information about installing it. There are links for installing it but they don't actually tell people what to do. I guess they think people will just know...
