MAAS is a physical infrastructure management system, that turns a collection of servers into an on-demand physical cloud. It is an IP address manager, providing DHCP and DNS for IPv4 and IPv6, and a physical provisioner that uses PXE, IPMI or other vendor-specific protocols to provision bare-metal servers dynamically with Windows, Ubuntu and CentOS.
