What is Loggr: Track Your Day?

Loggr is a personal analytics app for people who want to understand patterns in their own life. Instead of a fixed list of moods or habits, you create your own trackers: numbers (coffee, steps, weight), scales (mood 1-10, energy, pain), yes/no habits, categories, short text notes, and blood pressure. Logging a day takes seconds, and past days can be filled in or corrected.

Loggr then compares pairs of trackers and shows how they connect: correlations between numbers and scales, which habits happen more often on good days, habits that occur together, and day-after effects such as last night's sleep and today's focus. Insights describe patterns only; Loggr gives no advice or diagnoses.

Statistics per week, month and year show averages, coverage, distributions and streaks. Daily reminders can be set per weekday.

Loggr runs on iPhone, Android and the web with one account and realtime sync, works offline with recent data cached on the device, and is available in 24 languages. Data is hosted in the EU under GDPR and never sold or used for advertising.

Logging is manual: there is no Apple Health, Google Fit or wearable sync, and no data import. The free plan includes up to 5 trackers; Loggr Pro adds unlimited trackers, automatic insights and CSV export.
