Unlimited demo, very accurate physics, complex car setup, variety of cars and tracks, car run on average PC
a really good racing simulator that can run on a potato.
This racing simulator is not worth your money if you're looking for a realistic car sim. I still play LFS because of a specific cruise server/community. Other than that, this game is not worth it. It has questionable car physics when it comes down to collisions. Also there are rarely any proper updates. For instance it has now been 2 full years since a video came out of an improved/enlarged version of a map. But the update still isn't out. I get that it's an older game, and that most developmets are done by basicly one person, but that doesn't explain the greedy price they ask for all the licenses.
If you're looking for a realistic car/racing sim that has excellent value for money, go take a look at BeamNG Drive. This game has proper updates every now and then, without asking for more money. You can really feel that Beam is made with love and a passion. Just a one time purchase, that's it.
It really highlights the contast with an old game like LFS.
I definitely recommend it. Excellent!
