What is LinkEye?

LinkEye is a modern and sleek network observability platform that provides a holistic view of the campus network covering everything from ISP circuits, LAN and Wi-Fi and User Application Experience. Unlike a traditional monitoring tool, LinkEye can perform automated troubleshooting for ISP and Wi-Fi performance issues through its API integrations, helping in slashing the MTTRs and improving user experience. It provides out-of-box automation such as automated config backups and automated diff checks, Automated CVE audits, Automated EOS, EOL tracking etc to name a few.

The Digital Experience module helps IT Teams to proactively detect Application issues and help to diagnose if application issues are due to problems with the service provider network. Being a vendor-agnostic platform with support for 100+ vendors, it provides network engineers with a single pane of glass to visualise, troubleshoot and manage complex networks.
