LaTeXML Alternatives
LaTeXML is described as 'In brief, latexml is a program, written in Perl, that attempts to faithfully mimic TeX’s behaviour, but produces XML instead of dvi. The document model of the target XML makes explicit the model implied by LaTeX' and is a Code Editor in the development category. There are four alternatives to LaTeXML for Linux, Windows and Mac. The best alternative is TtM, which is free. Other great apps like LaTeXML are latex2html, TeX4ht and Cassiopeia.
