I spent 20 years building products for other people. When I found myself back on the job market, I expected the tools to be better. They weren't. I was applying to jobs that didn't exist, getting ghosted by companies that never intended to hire, and managing my search across a dozen tabs. Up to 40% of online listings are ghost jobs — postings kept live for internal metrics, compliance, or pipeline-building. Nobody was solving that.

So I built Last/JobScout. I'm a product manager who builds with AI — not the buzzword kind, the kind that actually does something useful. This is my own tool that I use for my own search. Every feature exists because I needed it.
