What is KrakenD?
KrakenD is an ultra performant API Gateway with middlewares or it's also known as a Backend For Frontend as it sits between the client (frontend) and source servers (backends) offering a custom API that provides only the information that the UI needs.
Since KrakenD does not require to code anything, it is the perfect solution for mobile developers that need to aggregate multiple endpoints into single ones. With a graphical builder you can design the REST API for your mobile services and let KrakenD group, wrap, rename, hide attributes or shrink responses for you, and even read from JSON or XML at the same time.
